Package was not delivered to me and seller is refusing to contact Yodel to resolve the issue. eBay is also refusing to provide a refund under the “guarantee” as Yodel claim they delivered to me. I’m stuck in the middle between Yodel, the seller and eBay. Awful experience and no refund in sight. Only hope is a chargeback.
