A lovely bed, but! Boxes were wrongly labelled. We received a 4ft bed with a 4ft 6 mattress frame. Needless to say it wouldn’t fit. However, the supplier was very good and organised a swap of parts for the correct size. A few hiccups due to what we needed, but, we now have a functioning bed, that is the correct size and has the correct fittings.

This is the second bed I’ve bought from this seller. The first bought in 2020, is still going strong apart from the mattress which is ready for replacement, kind of expected this for the money paid. Delivery really quick, and very efficient. A call to check if delivery date ok and confirm 9 am to 1 pm delivery time, then another call on delivery day to say they would be arriving in 10 mins . The quality is great for the money, pretty easy to put together (nothing missing - always a bonus!).

The bed arrived on time and was well packaged. It is as described in the details but when moving the 2 haves of the base they felt a bit wobbly … a problem that was resolved once they were joined together. The courier was an absolute diamond as I’d paid someone to dismantle my old bed ( old 20’s metal frame ) and although a price was agreed on the phone he refused to take the frame outside unless I paid him extra, so the courier did this for me as I am disabled. 🙏🏼 Mr Singh thank you so much.

Arrived on time, packaged well, as described. Courier were helpful and friendly. The seller is amazing, I reached out as I am not always at home, and they arranged the delivery for a nominated Saturday. I was then called on Friday to confirm, just amazing service!!! The communication is excellent!

The delivery was delayed due to courier issues which meant I spent all day waiting in. The seller swiftly organised an alternative date where it was delivered on time and assembled with the packaging taken away. I’m blown away by the value for money, ok, the mattress could be a higher spec but with a topper on it is very comfortable as it’s also a guest bed.
The seller is genuine and customer service oriented. There is a small damage to the material on one corner but I can live that.
