All in all the dogs collar arrived super quick and carefully packaged. In all fairness the dogs collar was as described and sadly my collar didn’t work. Contacted the seller who replied the same day and offered me a replacement or refund. I did opt for the refund and they instantly refunded me. This collar (1 of 3 different colours) arrived with a piece missing, I messaged the seller who swiftly despatched a replacement. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived, it to had the same issue. It seems the seller is having issues with the red collars as I have used both of the others and have had no issues. The seller issued a full refund for the red collar. The seller was very helpful and the items were swiftly despatched, I would happily use again.
