I thought the bags would have a cardboard (at least) lining, so they'd keep their shape. It would make them easier to pack, too, but they're flimsy! It's best to start packing from each corner of the bag first to form the shape. Only then will it be easier to pack, in my opinion anyhow. I like how they arrived vacuum packed.
