Ordered a personalised rabbit as a christening gift, asked for the name ioan to be printed but it turned up saying Joan. The letters were even wrinkled and peeling. I couldn’t gift this due to the faults, contacted the seller who has been extremely rude and argumentative, eventually agreed to return and I’ve even had to chase up my refund and get eBay involved as she has received it and not refunded me, honestly would never recommend to anyone or buy off again.

Completely untrue. Buyer didn’t like the font they chose and asked for a return. I immediately agreed as they were unhappy even though it was a personalised item. As soon as I received the item back I refunded the buyer. EBay did not step in.
