Ordered x2 sets of x2 controllers as all 4 of us wanted to play at once, when arrived not brilliantly packaged but all seemed fine, personally would have sent in a box not a courier bag but as I said all seemed fine. Little while after one has issue with the right trigger, contact seller they promise a replacement, never arrives, contact again and it's like I'm going in circles, now a 2nd has the C stick not working. Avoid this product, obviously low price for a reason. Lesson learned. Rubbish.

AVOID LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. over period of weeks i have been promised replacements for my faulty controllers, have been told they've sent them, when i asked for tracking details they went quiet, been a while now and ive got eBay involved. i want replacements or refund. its not much to ask that what you pay for lasts more than a week or 2.
