Responsive seller, the shipping company tried to deliver and made it difficult to track the order. But the seller was helpful in trying to sort it. The tracking number wouldn't work so it made it difficult to reschedule the order, track it in general, or choose a safe place to deliver it as it's a large package. Not the seller's fault, just FedEx not being as efficient as it could be.
