Item delivered different to image, the older version had a hard plastic top the nail went through, the newer version have rubber tops which when being extracted could easily get damaged, the metal nail may be heavy duty but I would never describe the whole item as heavy duty, maybe OK for softer ground but if hammered in good luck getting it out without ripping or damaging the rubber top! I informed the seller who is changing the image to the correct one which should be a BLACK RUBBER top.

Advertised as new this item was delivered quickly enough but immediately on unpacking I realised that it was certainly not new. The box was damaged and had obviously been opened many times. The main unit itself was scratched and marked and the cable was in a tangle on top of the unit itself. Upon complaining, the seller offered a 10% discount and because we were leaving two days later and needed the pump, I accepted it. I will not deal with this seller again and certainly cannot recommend them.

This is wrongly described. The size is way off of the actual measurement given in add and also what is on the box. I contacted seller and sent pictures of a tape measure showing sizes that are quite a bit off. I thought maybe it’s been mis boxed but seller says that’s what they are.
Seller said I could send it back for a refund and was good to deal with and replied quite quickly.
