Game arrived late over 2 weeks since I made payment 20th March and arrived 6th of April. I opened a did not receive case after 10 days had passed and get threatened with the seller stating he will call the police to come to my address and take the game! I didn't even have the game at the time. Not very professional, customer service is poor and the long delay in receiving the item avoid this seller! However the game does work as described the only positive just wish I ordered from someone else.

The buyer paid 1-2 days openee, with 3 days handling and 5 days economy shipping which landed on a bank holiday, I told the buyer the tracking and evri support showed there was a delay due to local delivery restrictions for those reasons but he still opened a refund request through eBay, when I saw this I told the buyer evri and Royal Mail have told me to ring the police to intercept my package if the refund is granted, no threat,buyer then proceeds to act like this is the worst thing he’s heard
