Seller packed my bag very securely. All tags that came with the purse was attached. All the original wrapping the bag was included as well. She shipped my bag out fast. Ordered on 03/30/2024 and the bag was at my house as of 04/02/2024. Seller also responds quickly. Couldn't ask for anything better. They shipped it fast. I just wasn’t happy with the purchase because the straps in the listing were wrapped but I received them without the wrapping paper, so I wonder what happened? and I requested an exchange but I was required to pay for the return AND the new shipping fee. I decided to keep the purse to avoid any stress and extra fees. I will not purchase from this seller again.
