Same issue. I've been trying to cancel this order for 3 days now. Since I placed a second order by mistake. As I can't get any form of reply about the order I meant to place, I've also not had my cancellation accepted for this order that I didn't mean to place. If they'd arrived on time, I wouldn't have minded so much if the order was unable to be cancelled. As I said already, cannot get in touch with anyone at all, and my orders not even been dispatched
