Very pleased with our garden shade, very good comms from seller and fast despatch. Went together well although some pieces were a bit of a jigsaw. One thing we were disappointed with is there is no cover to put over it to protect it in winter or rainy season so we are now looking of options either via metal or upvc, this however is a manufacturing problem not the sellers.

First package was returned by post office to sender, damaged.
Took a while to have the replacement item sent out.
Seller communication was fine except seller is in China, time difference does not work for UK buyers.

Ordered 3 round lights, received 3 square lights , offered £3 not to send back! I accepted and ordered a further 3 round lights only to be told they wasn’t actually in stock ! Messaged to say I wanted a refund , they made me wait 3 days before authorising a refund then a further 3 days for refund to be paid into my bank .
This company knew they was out of stock, they sent the square lights ! I stated I would order the round lights again, they let me pay again knowing they was out of stock
