arrived quickly, packed a little carelessly with no stiff card over delicate parts. it was already being sold as a damaged item so not upset it got more squished. the photos showed this cpu cooler with five feathers collapsed but arrived with ten feathers crumpled, and the wings were no longer paralllel. and yet, with a bit of gentle attention, they're even enough to vent well and it's still a highly skilled cooler for a fraction of the price, thankies
