There are times when things go wrong. It happens. This was one.
The product that arrived was a different colour from that shown in the advert photograph, even allowing for screen differences. And the neckline was different and higher. Dispatch time good though delivery late - maybe due to the run up to Christmas.
However, the seller has been great in communicating and sorting this out. It s been good dealing with someone who seems to really care about whether the customer is happy.

Quick delivery and grandson happy with the item. For me I thought it looked and presented as a knock off. Was my initial thoughts. Unimpressed due to the packaging it came in. I Don’t appreciate constant messages to leave feedback. Main thing is my grandson liked it. Description was limited to new. Irregardless of branding.
