3wm were excellent and the product was as described and easy to assemble. However, whilst the chair was of a very nice quality I'm afraid that it is built for those who are 'wider in the beam' rather than tall people! It is very strong and can clearly take a considerable load but without wishing to be judgemental, the name 'goliath' refers to its ability to support heavy people rather than tall people. If you are tall, the head rest is too low & presses into the shoulder blades.
