Not a company that I would recommend very poor service communication don’t read messages properly never received my first item and the second item I received the second item that arrived had 2 damaged bulbs due to poor packaging and came from another supplier so don’t believe what they say about being well packaged I’d personally would avoid

Bought described as not branded ! Opened parcel to find my item was from George ASDA and then to find it is £10 cheaper to buy from store. I contacted the seller about this and was told if I was to return parcel I would have to pay.😠 Really disappointed as I didn't want to pay even more money.
