Terms and conditions of the sale
All products and services provided on our eBay store remain the sole property of Northwood Computer Services Ltd (Referred to as NCS from hereon) until paid for in full.
 
Items listed on the NCS eBay store are precisely described and contain no additional parts above and beyond what is stated, this includes consumables such as toners, drums, inks, photoconductors and printheads, it also includes power cables and power supplies. Most items include a power cable and consumables of the correct kind however please be sure to check the individual item description thoroughly.
 
All new and boxed items will be checked to ensure their integrity and will contain all parts issued as standard and be in brand new condition unless stated otherwise in the listing.
 
In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your product, we offer a 14 calendar day return policy on all products. Any items returned within this 14 day window must be returned at the buyers expense. Any New items must be returned in the original box, unused and still sealed.
 
In instances where an item is returned, we will offer an exchange unit if one is available in stock or a full refund where no exchange is available.
 
If an item is ordered in error we are able to cancel the order and offer a refund until the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped an order can still be cancelled, but will be subject to a restock fee to cover our costs (20% of the total order value including delivery).
 
In addition to the 14 day returns policy, all products are supplied with a 90 day Return To Base warranty. This warranty covers machine failure through electrical or mechanical fault, it does not cover expiration of consumable items or damage through misuse/neglect. Any items returned under the warranty policy must be returned at the buyers expense. Once a faulty machine is returned and meets the criteria above we will repair and return it at our expense. If the machine is beyond repair we will replace it with an exchange unit. If no exchange unit is available we will issue a full refund and cancel the order. The 14 day return period is included within the 90 day warranty period and IS NOT in addition to it.
 
If an item is damaged in transit it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (Excluding Saturday 00:01 until Sunday 23:59). We will then collect the unit, repair and return it at our expense. If an item is damaged in transit and this isn't reported within the first 48 hours, the product must be returned to us at the buyer's expense.
 
Any items that need to be returned by the buyer must be packed safely and securely, any damage to a returned item previously unreported by the buyer will be repaired and charged at cost.
 
Receipt of Negative or Neutral feedback will automatically void the returns policy and warranty on your product. If you have a problem please let us know, we are reasonable people and will deal with any issues as best we can.
 
Use of non-genuine toners, inks or parts in products supplied by NCS Ltd will cause an automatic warranty void.
 
We endeavor to supply our products in a fully working condition, but we are not responsible for connecting or configuring our items for the purchasers system environment. All connectivity or configuration issues remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
Please remember we sell all of these printers through other means, so we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices depending on stock levels and demand as well as end any listings that have sold elsewhere. Please also remember that these prices are specific to our eBay customers.

I ve revised this feedback to positive. The issue was dealt with properly and with excellent customer service. The problem was caused during transit and the replacement was send out in fast time, I can honestly say this is a top quality company doing a brilliant job, 5 stars out of 5 from me, thank you and I would certainly shop with you again in the future.

After leaving my negative feedback I was contacted by Northwood Computer Services, they said they were sure the item left them in good working order and may have been damaged in transit causing the poor quality printouts, they were extremely helpful and once I'd set them a photo of the print quality, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be send to me, the replacements works absolutely fine, I can only say now what a great company with excellent customer services, 5 stars out of 5 !!

Item is good as new tbh. Did have minor delivery issue (not seller s fault, but the courier s). This was quickly rectified by the seller however. Thereafter, fast to respond to some queries I had around connecting the printer to my network. Responsive and positive at all times. Never needed to wait more than a few hours for email response to some questions I had around printer functionality. Clearly very centred around customer satisfaction - take great care in ensuring the item met my needs.

    Fantastic Printer

    What a fantastic little printer this is. It varies in price depending on where you get it from. But it’s a good quality printer, copier and scanner. It came with a colour and black cartridge. 2 months free ink from and also the opportunity to sign up for insta ink (so many pages per month which varies in price and volume) depending on your needs. Print quality is good. But you can change it at any time. Cartridges delivered to your door and empty ones sent back in free envelope I think. Not tried this but yet, as only set up the printer today. I don’t know why the critical and bad reviews for setting it up. I did it from my tablet via wi-fi and was really easy, the same to set up on my iPhone. The iPhone was easier as all the details were stored on hp account. Switch on your wifi. You just ...

    HP3630 - our experience

    Sad to say this was not a good time for us. As it comes with no disc or instructions at all, For us, it was too steep a learning curve. It is a very difficult era now of smartphone printing , We were not able to successfully use the Webb instructions as the HP Webb pages are too vague and too slow to find and too long to go through and takes too long even to understand ! Sorry but this is true for us, and I am an electronics engineer ! Note, the ink cartridges must be HP and will cost another £25.00 I really hope you find it better, please don't use refilled inks if you get any new type of Hp printers, this was half of our troubles. Unless it can print your instructions you will be really frustrated.

    Easy to set up and use..

    Needed a new printer, so did what most of us do and looked on eBay..found this one, price was great, but as you know you get what you pay for nowadays, so was a bit unsure..but read the feedback and the reviews. All was good, so I purchased it..well when it arrived I was well happy. Very easy to set up and being wireless printer was a doddle to link with my iPad. I'm no computer wiz so if I can sort it so can anyone.. well happy with it, and the ink from my old printer was the same..sweet...

    Great printer. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

    The printer is extremely good value but you will need to buy a set of inks for around £20 to set the printer up and get the instant ink programme up. So it evens up around £35. The print is fairly good quality. The delivery was average but is fully trackable. Ordered on Friday night got to me on Tuesday morning. To be warned setting the printer up takes a lot of patience and is very hard trying to connecting the printer to wifi.
