DELIVERY
 
SMALL ITEMS: (normal cooker hoods, hobs etc) are quickly despatched on an all day courier service, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. You can expect Free Delivery throughout UK Mainland within 2 working days. For Next Day Delivery, please contact us first.
 
LARGE ITEMS: PLEASE PROVIDE 2 PHONE NUMBERS. Large items like washing machines and ovens are delivered using a Specialist White Goods Delivery Company - who are used to shipping large, bulky items and will take most large items into your home for you providing access isn't an issue. For example, if you have Narrow Doors or the Appliance you have ordered online is too big for your Doorway, the Delivery company will not remove packaging or doors in order to get the appliance into your home (in case they damage the appliance or your home in the process). Other access issues include Stairs and Parking.
 
The delivery company will contact you directly either via Text or Phone to arrange a time and a date depending on your post-code. Delivery in England and Wales is normally within a few days, Delivery to Scottish Post-Codes can take a little longer.

Why Recycle?
 
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste.
 
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in Landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
 
What is the Crossed Out Wheeled Bin Symbol?
 
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeling bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
 
What is WEEE?
 
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.

DAMAGE
 
As per distance selling regulations, damages need to be reported within a reasonable time frame - please thoroughly check all appliances for damage within 48 hours of receipt. After this we will not be able to make a claim with the delivery company or manufacturer. Please do not order if you cannot check the items within 48 hours but feel free to ask us to hold off delivery as we can keep your purchased appliances in our warehouse, ready for when you need them.
 
On the rare occasion that you notice damage at the time of delivery, you may wish to refuse the item. If you subsequently become aware of the damage after delivery please contact us within 48 hours IN WRITING/EMAIL. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the product(s) and/or packaging and sending this to us immediately will help us to deal with any problems quickly.
 
Under no circumstances should you install your appliance if you notice damage. By installing an item you are accepting the product and cannot claim for damage after installation. Installing a damaged item can void your warranty and can also be dangerous.
 
All of our appliances are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months with the manufacturer. If any faults arise after installation, please contact our customer service team who will be pleased to help. The guarantee will not apply however if the fault arises from misuse or excessive wear and tear. If your product appears not to be functioning correctly please first check the manufacturer’s instruction book and follow the fault-finding guide. If a product has been installed the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to inspect the appliance to establish the nature of the fault. Please remember if a product is found to be installed incorrectly the manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the engineer visit.
 
We cannot replace or refund a faulty item without the manufacturer's engineer visit and only then if the engineer deems the item to be unrepairable, regardless of when it was delivered.
 
When installing a gas appliance a qualified Gas Safe engineer is required, all appliances will need to be installed by a qualified tradesperson, who will have the correct certification. If your appliance isn't installed by a qualified tradesman the manufacturer will likely void the warranty. We reserve the right to request an installation certificate for Gas appliances.
 
Where an item needs to be "hard-wired" by a qualified electrician, we reserve the right to request an installation certificate to make sure the fault was not caused by a "DIY" installation.

So please I chose this 6 place setting table top dish washer does a fabulous job on all my dishes pots cutlery & glasses my white tea pot had stains inside I could never remove by had but it brought it up a treat like new highly recommended 😀

    Fantastic dishwasher with great features!

    Decent price point. Good value4£. This countertop dishwahser is very energy efficient and has multiple washing settings. Have used the eco programme (P3) and the heaviest cleaning programmes - both work well - though I think the econ setting will be suitable for my everyday needs - including washing pans - and the clycle takes about 1 hr 30 minutes. Make sure to open the door a bit once it sopts to assit the dryng process. Connected it via my kitchen sink tap - easy peasy. I am able to fit 4 place settings (4, 10 inch and 4 smaller side plates = 8 in total), 1 medium frying pan and 1 medium sized pot in it as well as 4 wine glassess, plenty of cutlery and 2 mugs. It's great once you get the hang of loading it to it full potential. Washes extremely well. Recommend buying the 5 in 1 ...

    Best Buy this year

    It fits neatly onto the kitchen surface and easy to connect like a washing machine starts of a little noisy but gets quieter great program settings. And it cleans really well even on the 30 minute program I’m very pleased with my purchase 👍🏻

    Great little dishwasher!

    This is a perfect little dishwasher! Great if you don't have much space but hate washing up! It is quiet and has a good variety of wash programs. It fits perfectly on the counter under the top cupboards. It didn't take the plumber long to plumb everything in, I think it has the same sort of plumbing as a standard dishwasher so preferably needs to be situated near a sink (I think it can be plumbed in using a tap but not 100% sure about that one). The dishwasher cleans the dishes really well even on an Eco wash, it uses standard dishwasher tablets. The only downside is that it doesn't completely dry the dishes, but that isn't too much of an issue. So far I am very impressed with this dishwasher and I would highly recommend it to others.

    Good compact little dishwasher

    I bought this because I was allways fighting a mountain of dishes but never had the space for a full size dishwasher, it is a little bit bigger than I expected but it looks good, I've been running it often for the last two weeks that I've had it and it's doing a good job, it's only struggled once with some burnt on stuff but It took off the worst of it and the rest came of with a few seconds of scrubbing with a brush. My only criticism is that between the water intake pipe and the plug it doesn't have a wide range of reach, I will have to buy a longer pipe so I can move it to where I planned on putting it .
