Item arrived quickly + well packaged, but when I asked for a return + refund, as I changed my mind (it said on the order returns were still accepted for 1 month), that's when the difficulties began! Return address is a jumbled up Chinese address so I contacted them directly to confirm the address. They wouldn't provide it, said I could keep the item + they'd partially refund £5.50 (it cost over £32). This then increased to a £16 partial refund. FINALLY got an address to return
