It came in a plastic bag with chinese characters on the bag. After research I came to the conclusion that this item was not an official Seresto Collar. I requested a full refund. The seller offered price reductions instead or I had to send it back to the factory implying this was not easy. They did not offer a prepaid postage label that they are required to do. Do not buy this collar. It either has no chemicals or chemicals that are unknown. eBay had to step in to provide a refund instead.
