Fair......, but handles need to be longer because of bending while going downstairs and because 2 wheels on the ground it is hard to turn corners

Great product. was a bit worried at first that it seemed a bit flimsy in places but it worked well getting a very heavy washing machine up to a second floor flat with 2 sets of curved stairs. Couldn't have done it without it.
