Item is okay so far & arrived fast. Seller communication dreadful! Shows '24 hour courier' Had to spend 3 days chasing as no updates once ordered just sat as "purchased" Replies were the same "your order will be with you very soon". Ignored my asking proper clarification. Just now at 6am get a "your order was delivered yesterday " 15 hours after its delivery! Order still showing as "dispatched". Generic replies days after my messages is really unhelpful! Just hope the item stays working..
