At first I have received bed with missing button and scratch on front material. But company sent out replacement. Communication was answered same day. One point is just make sure your quality control is better. But overall bed is nice, drawers slide out on wheels easily. Assembly easy and straightforward. Ortho matress is nice and firm. Slept well and without lower back pain in the morning. Would buy again if you ask. Just do more strict quality control. Good luck in business.

A lovely bed. Good quality item. Drawers feel sturdy on the runners. The velvet is really soft and nicely upholstered. We had a slightly difficulty with delivery as it suddenly came a day early and there was nobody at the property. So then it was not easy to find out when a 2nd delivery could be made, but it did come 6 days later thankfully! Overall very pleased and the bed is super comfortable.

5* seller cannot fault them, they went above and beyond to deliver a mattress to me. I didn't read the description thoroughly enough and didn't realise they don't actually deliver to my area. But they contacted me and went out their way with one of their local couriers to deliver within 2days. The mattress looked/felt nice and firm, wrapped and came flat, hasn't been slept on yet but I'm sure my son will let me know how it feels.
