Arrived quickly, great price, good packaging, easy to use however just a tip- it builds up calcium fast, we’ve only been using it since Christmas (so, 4 days) and it’s already building up on the inner metal part. Obviously the photo has been edited to appear like it lights up blue entirely but it doesn’t, no matter the water content. It’s noisy like any kettle if you don’t put enough water in, but all in all it’s beautiful and a solid 8/10. Matches the other appliances well. Highly recommend

Arrived a day later than estimated delivery date but that's the post, very nice kettle, be careful if your only boiling min amount of water as steam catches hand when pouring but I just used a tea towel to cover my hand , boils quickly nice blue light , good value kettle and was well packed , thank you 😊

Prompt service. Kettle boils well, but auto turns off too late (as they all do) so manual intervention required. When pouring using small amounts of water you have to invert the kettle past 90 degrees, to about 130 degrees, to get the water to flow out and then it doesn't pour properly, splashing through the filtered lid and missing the cup if you're not careful! I mainly boil enough water for a single cup so this happens every time. A poor design for practicality but aesthetically pleasing.

BEWARE! This seller listed the item at a lower advertised price then added VAT on at payment. Seller then changed the listing price to what it should be for items located in UK and sold within the UK to . . inclusive of VAT. Given up trying to explain to Ebay or community what happened to me. I've bought and sold on Ebay for over 17 years . . and this is the first time this had happened. It might have been a genuine mistake but seller just states "you have been charged correctly". BEWARE!

The only flaw is a plastic end cap is loose fitting (undersized) seller’s comms was prompt as was their refund of agreed discount
