Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us. By purchasing games from us, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not replace our standards of service for Customer Service and Privacy Policy
 
In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to Chillout Games.
 
Order Acceptance
 
A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have dispatched the order. Orders are subject to availability. Where you order multiple products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available, and will send the remainder of your order as soon as stock comes in. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment before shipping if we deem the delivery to be high risk due to a number of factors including (but not limited to) previous loss in post to the same addresss, incomplete address or contact details.
 
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
 
We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details or PayPal details and password to anyone, including us, by email. Subject to clause 9.5, we cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by email. Any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.
 
Price & Delivery
 
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation. We provide FREE 2nd class delivery on all games and accessories (consoles and bulky items are sent Royal Mail Standard Parcel service). Your order should arrive within 3 working days of dispatch (Standard Parcels items 5 working days). NB We do not post to forwarders or mailboxes where it is likely that the order will be sent to a destination outside of the United Kingdom e.g. AddressPal, Aramex, Brother Post, Office 20, Big Box Storage, Parcelmotel etc
 
We may decide to send high value orders using a courier that requires a signature on delivery.
 
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
 
Shortages/Damage: if any items listed on the invoice are not received when the packet is opened or items are damaged on arrival, you must notify us with 48 hours of receipt. Please retain the packaging and make a note of any sign of tampering to assist our investigation.
 
Loss in Post: if your order does not arrive, claims for loss must be made within 80 calendar days of the date of posting. Chillout Games has no legal liability for any loss if at the time of the claim 80 days has expired from the date of posting. We advise customers to claim as soon as possible after an event has occurred to enable enquiries to be made promptly.
 
Returns: The eBay returns procedure is the simplest way to return your faulty and unwanted items. New sealed items must have the unopened shrink-wrapping intact. NB When we are charged for return postage and the item is found to be not eligible for return postage, we reserve the right to close your account if you refuse to cover the return postage cost. A significant quantity of non-faulty returns is likely to trigger a review and this review may result in suspension or closure of the buyer account.
 
Age Restricted Products

    Not perfect but very enjoyable to play

    I have given 4 stars not because it was better than expected but because its still enjoyable even though there are lots of bugs and glitches with it. The controls are sometimes unresponsive and the game as a whole feels rushed including the disjointed storyline (even though it was 2 years overdue) Having said all of that it is still a very enjoyable game, I am over a half way through and it has kept me entertained so far. As frustrating as it was when I first started playing and would run out of petrol from a full tank only travelling 1km distance it did add to the tension as it would leave you on foot in some compramising situations. I haven't reached the part of the game yet that actually made me want to buy it from the 10 minute preview that was released and I have not fully taken on ...

    Slowwwwwww

    I so wanted this game but no longer play it due to how slow it is to load ect. After the first time of playing I saved then went to play again and it said something like cannot load content ( not 100% sure on the wording ) so after going onto YouTube it says go to menu at the top and it’s says something about content ect ect ect I just can’t be bothered. I want to switch my ps on and play not mess about with menus it just seems to sit on the loading screen very disappointed

    Amazing exclusive ps4 / ps5 patch

    This game is wow. On impressions its a mix if last of us by naughty Dog, but on a bike. The will without a doubt be a second game to this, nice one sony. Got an xbox one x and ps4 pro. but to be truthful sony wins out with exclusives after exclusives, and its software that sells hardware. X box must make more exclusives or else it just another middle range pc with limited software. Halo and forza are amazing as is gears of war. But it will not be enough to win the war. Sony 1st, ninendo 2nd, xbox one x 3rd.

    Post apocalyptic horror survival

    Excellent game very good story open world post apocalypse theme. The infected are scary and attack in hordes which is very dangerous. Tough well thought out game in which you have too be a scavenger for resources. Dangers lie everywhere so survival is tough.
