Very sad to read this untrue and patronising comment after 8+ years of 100% positive feedback :-( I did not refer to this as a bargain and replied to buyer several times within minutes to explain any confusion. The item correctly stated 20ml in title, size and volume along with the photo and only had an error on description due to eBay not updating. I would have accepted a refund or return if requested but buyer had not done so. I had assumed the matter was resolved after several messages.
