Tried these on, big for fitting. Ordered a size 4, I suffer with plantar fascitis so it's a must I have comfort under my feet when walking for 8 hours + at work. Left the insole in and put my arch support insole over the top still have room for my toes at the front and I like to have plenty to. They seem to be quite comfy, if I have no issues then I will be ordering another pair in a size 3. The 4 I can wear thick socks for winter and still have room.
