Fast Service item Well wrapped. Item was described as Opened – never used however signs of some previous use. also had minor damage and repair attempt that was not mentioned in description. Seller did offer a refund on return but no mention to cover postage so decided to keep the item.

Thanks for the feedback! After looking into our messages I can see your initial message stated from the outset you wanted a partial refund I explained we do not issue partial refunds and the item would need to be returned for a full refund and so I can inspect your claims you are making - you stated you did not want to return the item as the item was an hard to come across item and that you needed the item to take it apart to use the keys of the keyboard for something else.
